How do I order samples?

We can supply either functional or non-functional samples based upon your client's needs. Simply email or fax a purchase order specifying sample requirements, or call if you have questions about sample options

What product customizations are available?

We can customize your products and packaging by pad, screen printing, embossing, engraving laser etching. Provide us with your artwork in EPS, AI, JPEG or BMP format.

What warranty is available?

Unless otherwise indicated, we offer a replacement warranty on our products for a period of one year from date of purchase.

How do I place an order?

A.

Please send us your purchase order by either email or fax. Alternatively, you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. The following information needs to be provided to place your order:

a. Shipping information - company name, address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)

b. Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price, color, specification, logo printing, package

c. Delivery time required

d. Freight payment (by collect or prepay)

How are products shipped?

A.

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, products are usually sent usually by FEDEX. Orders in excess of 20 kg may be sent via air courier. Larger orders may be sent via partial, 20 foot or 40 foot container.

The transportation method depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port).

100% Prepay, 50/50 prepay (50% pre-production, 50% pre-shipping) We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or check. (For rush orders, please pay by wire transfer or cashier's check.) Net terms application available upon request.
